Fortunately, cooperative chambers played important role on training cooperatives and this was welcomed by cooperatives; Darioush Pakbin, secretary general of Iran Central Chamber of Cooperatives said to ISNA; Public Relations of ICC reports.
Stressing on extending cooperative culture in the society he continued: cooperative advantages are not recognized and introduced completely, and therefore, we must consider this as an important goal and try our best to make all people familiar with the advantages.
Pakbin believes that formulation of required laws in the cooperative sector supported by the Government and Parliament can make a fundamental evolution in this sector of the economy in a way that cooperatives move toward income-creation and also cooperative culture develops.

Having strong Cooperative Unions and Chambers requires strong cooperatives; our attitude is cooperative-based and according to this, we will pursue needs and claims of the cooperative sector-Cooperative Chambers and Unions.
In an interview with ISNA, Darioush Pakbin, Secretary General of ICC stated: in the triangle of Cooperative sector, I consider Cooperative Chambers, Unions and Societies as one side and Government and Parliament and the two others of the triangle and I believe that by empathy and collaboration we can realize cooperative development aims.
He said he will do his best to fulfill claims and requirements of cooperative sector.
We will use experiences of the cooperative veterans.
Finally, Pakbin stressed on the necessity of using the experiences of veterans and mentioned: we have good managers in the sector which never been used their experiences toward developing and strengthening cooperative sector, but, one of our programs in the new turn of ICC is using their ideas and opinions to make a stronger cooperative sector.
